Private label pet nutrition

Your name on the jar. Everything else is ours to run.

We build private label supplement programmes for pet brands — soft chews, softgels, powders and tablets — and hand them over with the labelling documentation your market asks for.

Step 1 · Try it yourself

Put your brand on the pack

Type a brand name and pick a label colour. The label below re-renders live in your browser — nothing is uploaded, stored or sent. When it looks right, send it to us as your brief.

The starting point

The label is the only part you have to supply.

A jar, a bottle, a pouch — and a blank label panel. Bring the artwork, the formulation brief and a pack count, and we run the rest: sourcing, sampling, label compliance, batch testing and export.

What you receive

Documentation, not just product

The paperwork is where most private label projects stall. It is included and itemised, and it is quoted as a separate line rather than buried in the unit price.

Who this is for

Brands that already sell to real homes.

If you have a customer list, a retail listing or an Amazon storefront and you want a second product line under your own name, the hard part is not the formula. It is everything that sits around it: which claims you may print, who registers the product, what happens when a batch needs a certificate.

That surround is what we run. We are deliberately not the cheapest unit price on the market, and we will say so before you spend time on a brief.

Process

From brief to bill of lading

Five stages. The same five whether you are opening with one product or extending an existing range into a second dosage form.

Stage 01 · 02

Brief & sampling

Five inputs — market, format, pack count, formulation position, first-order volume. Then physical samples you can hold before anything is committed.

Stage 03

Label & compliance pack

Ingredient order, allergen declaration, nutrient adequacy wording and the permitted-claims checklist, settled before print rather than after.

Stage 04 · 05

Production & export

Batch production with a certificate of analysis, then FOB loading or sea-freight DDP with the shipping set prepared for your broker.

Why brands come to us

One thread, not four factories.

A brand launching four SKUs does not want four suppliers, four sample rounds and four sets of label files. That coordination work is the work we take on, and it is the reason a programme can be priced above a factory's own quote without apology.

If you only need the lowest unit price on a stock formula in a stock jar, we are not the right partner. That is a different product, and we do not compete for it.

Palatability is tested at sampling, not assumed. In chews it drives repeat purchase more than any claim on the label.

Inside the programme

Our facilities, and what they are set up to do.

The plant our production runs through is a dedicated pet and companion-animal supplement line — not a human-nutraceutical line that also takes pet work on the side. That matters more than it sounds: the nutrition, labelling and claims rules are a different rulebook, and a line that only does pet work is a line that already knows them.

Soft chew production

Our core format. Chews are pressed and dried on the same line, which is why shape, size and texture are all available to you rather than fixed.

Bottling and casing

Filling, cap sealing, labelling and retail casing sit together, so a change to pack count or jar format does not become a logistics problem.

Documented batch release

Every batch is released against an agreed specification and leaves with its certificate of analysis. We send it without being asked.

Facility imagery on this page is representative of the production environment our programmes run in. Photographs of a specific plant are supplied on request during supplier qualification.

Common questions

Before you send a brief

What is the minimum order for a private label pet supplement?
Trial orders typically start at 300 units for soft chews, softgels and powders, and 500 units for tablets. Unit price falls as volume rises, so most brands sample at the trial minimum and place the first production order at 1,000 units or more.
Who is responsible for regulatory registration?
Registration follows the name printed on the label. In the United States, most states require the manufacturer, distributor or guarantor of a pet food product to register it — and the guarantor is the party named on the label. Because the label bearer for your product is your brand, that registration sits with you. Facility registration with the FDA sits with the plant that manufactures the product.
Do you supply across several dosage forms in one order?
Yes. A single programme can cover soft chews, softgels, powders and tablets. This is usually the reason brands come to us rather than buying each format from a separate factory.
What documentation is delivered with a project?
An eight-part compliance pack: label compliance review, nutrient adequacy wording for both US and EU routes, ingredient and allergen declaration, an adverse-event reporting procedure, a QC document skeleton, third-party testing arrangements, a permitted-claims checklist, and a delivery acceptance checklist.
Can you get us the NASC seal?
No, and we will not claim to. The NASC quality seal is issued to member companies after a third-party audit, so it cannot be obtained on someone else's behalf. What we deliver is the documentation and procedures a company needs in order to pass that audit.
Do you quote delivery duty paid?
FOB is the default. DDP is quoted on sea freight only, and only at volumes where a full-load or consolidated shipment makes sense — air freight on jars and tubs usually destroys the margin for both sides.
