Soft chews
The default format for joint, mobility and calming ranges.
Capability matrix
Each route below is a production format we can run for a private label brand — with its pack counts, trial minimum, and where it usually fits in a range.

The default format for joint, mobility and calming ranges.

Oil-based actives, omega-3 and skin-and-coat lines.

High-inclusion formulas, scoop-dosed digestive and joint blends.

Chewable and coated tablets for dense daily-dose products.

Customisation
Anything outside these dimensions starts to change the tooling position, so it is worth raising early rather than at artwork stage.
Active selection and inclusion levels, built against your brief or your existing formula.
Soft chew, softgel, powder or tablet — including moving a product between formats.
Standard rounds and hearts, or a custom shape where tooling allows.
Palatability is the biggest single driver of repeat purchase in chews. Tested at sampling.
Coating and base colour to match your brand palette.
Jar or bottle format, pack counts, closures, desiccant, retail-ready cartons.
Your artwork, reviewed against your destination market's labelling requirements before print.
Raise it in the inquiry. If it changes tooling or the regulatory position, we will say so before quoting rather than after.
Pricing logic
Indicative FOB pricing is published per product so you can qualify a project before writing a brief. Five things move it materially:
| Lever | Direction | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Order volume | Strongly down | Setup, QC and freight spread over more units |
| Pack count | Direct | Chews per jar is the main determinant of material cost |
| Formulation complexity | Up | Speciality actives and multi-active blends cost more per unit |
| Custom shape | Up, one-off | Tooling is a fixed cost, amortised across the order |
| Testing scope | Up | Additional third-party panel testing per batch |
A note on lowest prices: the lowest unit price available anywhere is a stock formula in a stock jar bought direct from a plant. That is a different product from a documented private label programme, and we do not compete for it.
